Young Belgian mezzo soprano with a warm and fluid timbre and a natural gift for the stage. At ease in the most diverse repertoires, the artist is regularly invited to perform all over the world, with both early music and contemporary ensembles. She is particularly fond of opera.
After a rich and rewarding tour with the KVS and its production of Hannibal, Raphaële returns to the opera stage for the 2025-2026 season. First, she will appear at La Monnaie in the opera ALI, the true story of a 12-year-old boy’s journey as a migrant and the horrors he endured. After that, she will be in concert at the Théâtre du Capitole in Toulouse with Africa Lyric’s Opera in January. Raphaële will then return to the Grand Théâtre de Luxembourg for a revival of Der Kaiser von Atlantis. This production will subsequently move to the Grand Théâtre de Genève in Switzerland. At the end of the season, Raphaële will be in Bruges with the B’Rock Orchestra for A Last Supper.
